Trust you are all well. I am sending this email to say thank you to Joann and Johan for assisting me beyond the call of duty.
When going through the transition from Rubix was a trying time for me. As you all know I was under so much pressure regarding my account that all was going to end smoothly.
Joann was so professional and understanding. She is without a doubt a very good person. She made things simple for me to understand and helped me every step of the way.
She is truly a breath of fresh air for the complex.
Johan also steped in to assist me. Without both of there help with the transition from Rubix I am convinced things would have gone wrong.
Joann is always there to answer any queries at any given time. Johan made me feel at ease, I knew I was in good hands.
The body corporate made the best decision with the new managing agent. In fact all the decisions that have been made.
You know how important it is to know that you can pick up the phone and call johan or Joann and they always there to assist.
So grateful to you all. Words will never say it enough.
