Prestprops Real Estate is based in Sunward Park, Boksburg and is looking to expand their existing sales team.
Duties and responsibilities: Marketing residential properties and developments Sign new mandates as well as servicing and selling existing mandates Attending to all sales administration Identify & approach potential clients (canvass for new properties) Valuations Show houses
The successful candidate will have the following competencies: Good Communication skills Business acumen Time management skills Computer skills Negotiation skills Presentation skills Selling skills Customer focus
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years sales and marketing experience NQF4 or, nearly completed the education requirements. Valid driver's license Own vehicle Own cell phone and laptop Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
